Today’s women play an integral and prominent role in the world of business. Together, the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce with 1st Bank of Sea Isle City and OceanFirst Bank, strive to provide women
with the resources needed to achieve and maintain success in their careers through the “Women In Business Conference.”
Designed for women business owners and professional women, this conference will focus on the unique challenges that women encounter in the workplace.

The 2024 Women in Business Conference on March 8, 2024 was dedicated to the memory of Barbara St. Clair, who was a founding member of the Women in Business Conference, served on the Chamber Board, the Cape Women's Resource Fund for decades and was named a Trustee to Cape Regional Health System.
