The Leadership Cape May County Class of 2027 officially began its nine-month leadership development program with its first class of the year.
The opening session was led by Maria Grande, who guided participants through a leadership and personality assessment designed to help them better understand their individual leadership styles, strengths and approaches to working with others.
The day also included a fun Cape May County scavenger hunt, giving class members an opportunity to explore the community while getting to know one another. The first session concluded at The Bellevue Tavern, where participants gathered for food, drinks and conversation.
The Chamber looks forward to an engaging and impactful year with the Leadership Cape May County Class of 2027.
