Atlantic Cape to Host TedX Event Featuring Michael Pellegrino at Cape May County Campus

WHAT: TEDx Cape May Salon presents its first discussion of the new academic year by Michael Pellegrino titled Mental CPR: The Power of the Pause. This will be an inspiring evening of ideas, connection and community.
Come experience the energy of a live TEDx talk taping and listen to Mr. Pellegrino discuss the ability for everyone to "catch, pause and reframe" to help interrupt automatic reactions, regain clarity, and turn a single pause into the difference between regret and resilience. At the conclusion of the event, all are welcome to continue the discussion while enjoying refreshments, a meet-and-greet with Mr. Pellegrino, the TEDx team, and fellow members of the Atlantic Cape community.
