The Chamber is seeking an Operations Coordinator!
Overview: Join the Cape May County Chamber and be a part of a small but dynamic team working to support the business community. In this role, you’ll help us put our best foot forward by greeting guests, coordinating meetings, and corresponding with Chamber members. This position will also assist with creative marketing tasks. With flexible hours and growth potential, this is a great opportunity for those interested in connecting with area business leaders and learning more about marketing and the tourism industry.
Compensation ranges from $15.49 to $22.00 per hour, determined by the candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.

This position is a fulltime administrative position and supports all operations of the CMCCC under the direction of the President:
Job Duties (Include, but are not limited to):
• Provide assistance to the Director of Business Development/Membership as well as the Events/Communications Administrator, and Membership Services Administrator.
• Assist Chamber members and visitors.
• Maintain front-of-house appearance and digital signage.
• Schedule meetings
• Respond to Chamber emails, phone calls, and web inquiries.
• Create social media posts as assigned.
• Assist with mailed correspondence.
• Provide assistance at off-site Membership Meetings.
• Provide assistance with invoicing and accounts receivable
• Handling of Conference Room schedule/calendar
• Set-up/clean-up for meetings/Leadership Program
• Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Must have a positive attitude with the ability to remain flexible and patient.
• Must be tech-savvy.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent administrative skills.
Other Qualifications:
• Experience navigating databases
