The Cape May County Chamber of Commerce and Greater Wildwood Chamber of Commerce are pleased to announce the upcoming Liquor License Reform Seminar, set to coincide with the new reform policy. This pivotal event will take place at South 9 Bar & Grille in Cape May Court House, NJ, on May 1, offering stakeholders in the liquor industry an opportunity to gain insights into the significant changes brought about by Governor Murphy's historic legislation.

The new laws promise to bring about substantial changes affecting various sectors, including restaurants, craft beverage manufacturers, and the handling of inactive liquor licenses. The seminar aims to address the different types of licenses, changes for craft producers, impacts on “inactive” licenses, inter-municipality transfers, and more. Representatives from the New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control (NJ ABC) will be present to deliver a comprehensive presentation on the liquor license reform policy. Additionally, a panel of esteemed speakers will engage in discussions, pose questions to the NJ ABC representatives, and offer commentary based on their experiences and expertise. A brief Q&A will follow the program.
