Cape May County Chamber to Host Town Hall on County’s Reopening Proposal, and Additional Free Programs

 Cape May County Freeholder Will Morey, who is a Co-Chair of the County-Wide Recovery Initiative, will participate in the Chamber’s Digital Town Hall on Tuesday, May 12.CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE, NJ – The Cape May County Chamber has released a lineup including four programs for the week of May 8, 2020.  All programs are web-based, free, and open to the public.

  • Unemployment Breakdown with 1st District Legislative Chief of Staff Brittany O'Neill; Monday, May 11, 10am
  • Town Hall on the Proposal to Reopen Cape May County, with Freeholder Will Morey; Tuesday, May 12, 10am
  • Hear from NJ Economic Development Leaders; Wednesday, May 13, 10:30am
  • Virtual Event: Cooking Demo! at Social Hour & Business Networking; Thursday, May 14, 4pm

Pre-registration is required for all programs, and can be found on the Chamber’s website.

“Our Chamber is participating on the County’s Recovery Initiative Task Force, which has submitted a proposal to the Governor to reopen Cape May County” commented Vicki Clark, President of the Cape May County Chamber. “We’re delighted to offer a Digital Town Hall that will give our community an opportunity to hear more about and discuss the proposal,” added Clark.
