The mission of the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce is to stimulate the growth and prosperity of members and the communities in Cape May County through advocacy, services, education, collaboration and leadership.

The Cape May County Chamber of Commerce represents some 800 members with a 28-member Board of Directors. A full-time staff implements member and visitor services, manages special events, and works on
specific issues, along with volunteers serving on various committees.

	Promoting Tourism Tourism is the foundation of our economy, and the Cape May County Chamber is deeply committed to its growth. We make significant investments in key resources such as the Vacation Guide, Visitors Center, and our websites to enhance the visitor experience. Our Chamber actively promotes the region through strategic advertising, participation in travel shows, and direct engagement with visitors via email marketing and social media. Additionally, we collaborate with local and state organizations to advocate for policies and best practices that strengthen and sustain tourism in Cape May County.
	Networking Opportunities At the Cape May County Chamber, networking is at the heart of what we do. Whether it's our Signature Events, Mixers, or Monthly Meetings, we provide ample opportunities to connect and grow your business. To accommodate your busy schedule, we offer events at various times throughout the day, ensuring you never miss a chance to build valuable relationships.
	Legislative Advocacy The Cape May County Chamber actively monitors business issues to protect and support our members. As the recognized voice of the local business community, we advocate for policies that foster growth and economic success. Our Environmental and Legislative and Tourism and Economic Development Committees play a key role in evaluating legislation and regulations, taking a stand to support or oppose measures that impact businesses in Cape May County.
	Marketing Services The Cape May County Chamber provides a range of high-quality, cost-effective advertising and marketing opportunities to connect with both businesses and tourists. From email campaigns to website sponsorships, print ads in the Jersey Cape Vacation Guide and Calendar of Events Brochure, we offer multiple ways to amplify your reach. Additionally, brochure distribution is available through our Visitors Center, ensuring maximum visibility for your brand.
	Professional Development As part of our mission, the Cape May County Chamber is committed to providing valuable educational opportunities for our members and the broader business community. Throughout the year, we host seminars, conferences, and expos covering a wide range of relevant topics. These events are designed to equip businesses with the knowledge and tools needed to thrive in an ever-evolving marketplace.
