CAPE MAY STAGE, Equity theatre company (SPT6), seeks a
dynamic professional to lead the strategic, financial, and administrative
initiatives that support the artistic and long-range business goals of this
premiere professional theatre. The Executive Director functions as the Chief
Executive Officer of Cape May Stage. This position reports to the Board of
Directors, and is responsible for the organization's consistent achievement of
its mission and financial objectives. In this capacity the incumbent is
responsible for implementation of policies set by the Board of Directors as well
as annual goals and objectives, and financial, program, and administrative
management of the corporation.
The incumbent has direct oversight for the non-artistic staff of two employees,
the Marketing / Audience Development Director and Administrative Coordinator.
S/he works in close cooperation with the Artistic Director and President of the
Board of Trustees to define, plan and execute the organization’s goals and
commitments.
