Both boat owners and waterfront homeowners join in this festively decorated event. 525-9300 AUGUST Naval Air Station Wildwood Airfest – aircraft displays, reenactments, food, and exhibits. 886-8787 SEPTEMBER Wings ‘N Water Festival – hosted by the Wetlands Institute, this award winning event is one of the premier wildlife celebrations in the United States. 368-1211 Civil War Reenactment – A military encampment hosted by the 17th Virginia Infantry at Historic Cold Spring Village.
